Step 1: Choose the Kind of Support You Need
Are you seeking individual therapy, couples counseling, or family/marriage therapy? No pressure—we’ll help you figure it out if you’re unsure.

 

Step 2: Call to Check Availability
Give us a quick call to see which days and times are available. We recommend booking a few hours or a day in advance so we can give you the best possible experience without any rush. 

 

Step 3: Confirm Your Spot
Once you’ve picked a time, we will share payment details. Ensure you make the payment as soon as possible to secure your session.

 

Step 4: Get Matched with a Therapist
We’ll pair you with one of our licensed and experienced counselors. Each session runs for 60 minutes—giving you the time and space to be heard.

If you’re outside town or simply prefer the comfort of home, we’ve got you covered. Our online therapy sessions are conducted via Google Meet or Zoom.
